- Accurately, systematically, and chronologically file all transaction documents.
- Perform daily till cash reconciliation between system records and physical cash.
- Cross-sell and market existing and new bank products to clients visiting the till.
- Disburse cash to clients using vouchers with relevant authorization.
Required Skills: - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Consistent energy and a positive, constructive attitude toward work.
- Proven initiative, good judgment, and confidence.
- Strong people management skills.
Academic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
