The Company operates a 5,000-tonne-per-day concentrator, a 350-tonne-per-day cyanidation plant, a fully automated underground mine, and a gold smelting and refining workshop. To meet production development needs, WGG now invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following key technical positions: Job Summary Responsible for backfill mix-design testing and quality inspection. Key Duties - Design and conduct mix-design tests; prepare and cure specimens; conduct compressive strength testing, measure slurry density and bleeding; optimize cement-tailings ratios; conduct on-site quality inspection; analyze data and issue reports.
Requirements - Diploma or above in civil/materials/mining engineering; 3+ years of backfill laboratory experience; proficient in mix-design testing, specimen preparation and compressive strength testing; knowledge of full-tailings cemented paste backfill.
