Manager - Quality Control & Blending to lead our Alcoholic beverages (spirits) business. As our QC & Blending expert, you will be responsible of quality control and product innovation within our spirits division. Ensure that every batch meets our high standards and that our new product developments continue to excite the market. Responsibilities or duties Conduct rigorous lab testing using established methods to ensure product quality and safety. Perform sensory evaluations to maintain and enhance flavor profiles and consistency. Support new product development (NPD) processes with technical insights and quality assurance. Collaborate closely with production teams to monitor and improve manufacturing practices. Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with ISO, HACCP and industry standards and regulations. Qualifications or requirements Bachelorâs degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field. Additional certifications in Distillation, Blending, or Beverage Innovation are a strong plus. Experience needed Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a QC/QA role within a distillery or beverage industry. Hands-on experience with lab testing, blend preparation, sensory evaluation, and new product development. A specifically with alcoholic beverages (spirits) is essential. - Conduct rigorous lab testing using established methods to ensure product quality and safety.
