The successful candidates will support effective teaching and learning by assisting with lesson preparation, classroom instruction, student assessment, and general student development. The positions are open to candidates who hold a Bachelorâs Degree in Education and can teach one or more of the following subjects: - English
- Literature
- ICT
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Mathematics
Key Responsibilities - Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons in the assigned subject(s).
- Support the lead teacher in maintaining an effective and positive classroom environment.
- Prepare teaching and learning materials and classroom resources.
- Assist students with their academic work and provide additional support where needed.
- Assess students' work, assignments, and learning progress.
- Maintain appropriate student records and contribute to academic reports.
- Encourage students to participate actively in classroom activities.
- Support students in developing good study habits, discipline, and positive behaviour.
- Assist in organising practical activities, experiments, ICT sessions, or other subject-related activities where applicable.
- Participate in school meetings, training, co-curricular activities, and other assigned duties.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and school administration.
- Maintain professional standards and promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications & Experience - Bachelorâs Degree in Education from a recognised institution.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to teach at least one of the advertised subjects: English, Literature, ICT, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Mathematics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with students.
- Good classroom-management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team.
