ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Retail Management or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in store/retail operations (preferably in a catering, FMCG or hospitality business).
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control and basic bookkeeping (store records).
• Good leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

SERVICE STAFF

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of O’Level or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
• Good customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Punctual, responsible and presentable.

DRIVERS

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a valid Ugandan driving permit (Class B or higher).
• At least 2 years’ proven driving experience.
• A clean driving record with no major traffic offences.
• Good knowledge of Kampala and surrounding routes.
• Able to maintain and keep the assigned vehicle in good condition.
• Punctual, reliable and professionally presentable.
