Key Responsibilities - Overseeing curriculum planning, development, and implementation ensuring alignment with school expectations and learning objectives.
- Reviewing and approving weekly class plans and maintaining consistency and instructional rigor.
- Providing mentorship and professional support to teachers, strengthening instructional practice and addressing development needs.
- Monitoring classroom instruction through regular observations to ensure consistent, creative, and high-quality teaching aligned with the Principalâs standards.
- Leading teacher planning meetings and curriculum review sessions as directed by the Principal to drive alignment, reflection, and continuous improvement.
- Identifying training needs and organizing professional development initiatives
- Collaborating with school leadership and management to integrate co-curricular activities and special events into the curriculum.
Qualifications & Experience - Bachelorâs Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience in an international curriculum and at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective EYFS curricula.
- Strong understanding of child-centered and play-based learning approaches.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Experience in implementing inclusive academic strategies
