Responsibilities or duties
Supervise and coordinate nursing activities within assigned wards or departments.
Assess patient conditions, develop nursing care plans, and implement interventions.
Administer complex medications, intravenous therapies, and wound care.
Lead and mentor enrolled nurses and nursing students during shifts.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide advanced life support when needed.
Liaise with medical officers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
Manage ward resources, including equipment, supplies, and staffing schedules.
Maintain high standards of infection prevention and control practices.
