Job Summary:

Jubilee Life Insurance Uganda is seeking an Assistant Manager, Care Navigation to support the delivery of timely, high-quality healthcare coordination for policyholders while strengthening care navigation operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Care navigation coordination, provider relationship support, process improvement, data analysis, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with claims, care management, and customer service teams.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Diploma in Healthcare Management, Insurance, or Customer Service (preferred)
• 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare coordination or care navigation (1-2 years supervisory
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and customer service skills
• Knowledge of healthcare and insurance regulatory requirements in Uganda
