You'll assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to the team. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the company's daily administrative management, including office environment, office assets, logistics support, administrative reception, etc.
- Formulate and improve administrative management systems and processes to improve administrative service efficiency and satisfaction;
- Organize and coordinate various meetings, activities, and corporate culture construction of the company;
- Responsible for drafting documents, correspondence and email exchanges, company certificate management and various administrative approval matters;
- Manage office procurement, fixed assets, vehicles, security, cleaning, canteen and other logistics work;
- Implement travel plans according to matters assigned by the leader, coordinate external relations with other third parties, and handle external relations with the government, property, community, etc., and handle related matters;
- Responsible for administrative cost control;
- Assist the company in other management work such as human resources, legal affairs, and information;
- Manage the administrative team and do a good job in the training and assessment of other colleagues
- Other matters assigned by the leader temporarily
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in administration or related field.
- MUST be having a valid driving permit
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, able to withstand strong pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc and other administrative software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
