They assist in preparing financial reports, monitoring loan records, and ensuring compliance with policies. Reporting to the Financial Supervisor, the role ensures accuracy and efficiency in all financial activities, contributing to Africente's financial integrity. Key Responsibilities - Process and record financial transactions accurately and promptly.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain updated financial records.
- Manage petty cash, expense tracking, and requisitions.
- Oversee loan records and assist with loan disbursement and collections.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for review by the Financial Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with Africente's financial policies and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Support the implementation of financial and operational policies.
- Identify and address discrepancies in financial data to ensure accuracy.
Key Requirements - A minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
- At least 1 year of experience handling financial operations, preferably in a financial institution.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid knowledge of financial and operational policies and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
