You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and should easily display innovative and analytical problem solving skills with an unrelenting passion for excellence. As an apprentice, you will: - Gain practical work experience across our core business units.
- Support teams on real business projects and day-to-day operations.
- Participate in structured training sessions designed to build technical and professional skills.
- Work under the guidance of experienced mentors and managers.
- Learn about Stanbicâs culture, values, and customer-first approach.
- Contribute innovative ideas that can create real impact within the bank.
Qualifications To be eligible, you must: - Be a Ugandan Citizen.
- Have completed an undergraduate program between 2023 - 2025
- Have graduated with at least a 4.0 GPA or equivalent (First Class Division).
- Have less than 2 years of work experience.
- Be open to opportunities that may require rotations across both frontline (customer facing) and back-office operations.
- Not be enrolled in another graduate program or internship at the time of application.
