Responsibilities or duties - Deliver high-quality teaching and practical instruction in animal health-related subjects, such as animal physiology, diseases, and welfare. This may include classroom, laboratory, and practical farm settings.
- Prepare course materials, develop assessments, and mark student work to ensure learning outcomes are met.
- Act as an academic personal tutor, providing guidance and support to students throughout their studies.
- Engage in research or scholarly activities to support excellence in teaching and student experience.
- Work collaboratively with departmental colleagues to deliver a cohesive program, potentially including coordination with veterinary or clinical teams.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills) Either a related academic Doctorate or a Masters Degree with six (06) years teaching experience in the same discipline plus at least three publications in a refereed journal or a book chapter. - Deliver high-quality teaching and practical instruction in animal health-related subjects, such as animal physiology, diseases, and welfare.
