- Quality Control: Ensuring feed quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Team Management: Supervising production staff, training, performance evaluation (remuneration system), and hiring new employees.
- Ensuring and controlling the continued operation of production equipment: its timely overhaul and maintenance
- Budgeting: preparation and presentation of production needs for planned periods (half-year, quarter, month)
- Inventory management: Organize and be responsible for the inventory of goods, raw materials, and equipment.
- Process Optimization: Implementing process improvements, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with animal feed safety and quality regulations.
- Research and Development: Collaborating with nutritionists and researchers to develop new feed formulations.
Required skills and qualifications often include: - Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field (preferably but not obligatory)
- Experience in animal feed production or management (preferably but not obligatory)
- Knowledge of animal nutrition and feed production processes (preferably but not obligatory)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Quality control and regulatory compliance expertise
- 5 years of experience
