Job Description/Requirements Nebras Travel & Tourism Agency is seeking a motivated and dynamic Air Ticket Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets and KPIs by handling both B2C and B2B sales, generating leads, and maintaining excellent client relations. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Client Relations: - Handle B2C and B2B sales effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Field and Client Visits:
- Conduct client visits and field visits to promote and sell our travel services.
- Present and explain our services to potential clients and negotiate sales.
Ticketing and Front Desk: - Manage front desk and counter ticketing sales operations.
- Assist clients with booking flights, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
Collaboration with Airlines: - Work closely with airlines to schedule flights and ensure seamless travel arrangements for clients.
- Stay updated with airline schedules, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications: Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- Previous experience in travel and hospitality is a plus.
Skills and Abilities: - Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet set sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficient in client follow-up and maintaining client relations.
- Capable of making client visits and conducting field visits.
