Job Description/Requirements Job Summary: The Admissions Officer manages the student admission process, including reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining records. This role is integral in guiding prospective students and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. Key Responsibilities: - Review and process student applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
- Coordinate and conduct admission interviews and placement assessments.
- Provide detailed information to prospective students and families about the institute’s programs, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date admission records and generate reports for the administration.
- Organize and participate in orientation sessions for new students.
Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in student admissions or customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with student information systems and data management.
