Key Responsibilities - Manage daily administrative activities and office operations.
- Maintain accurate records, files and documentation.
- Support basic accounting and financial administration.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts and other financial documents.
- Assist with tracking payments, expenses and financial records.

Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Accounting background with good understanding of administrative processes.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
