Key Responsibilities: ⢠Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document filing. ⢠Provide administrative support to different departments. ⢠Handle procurement of office supplies and manage office inventory. ⢠Oversee financial and budgetary processes, including petty cash management. ⢠Maintain records of staff, students, and program activities. ⢠Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and events. ⢠Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. ⢠Handle basic HR tasks, such as leave management and staff welfare. ⢠Helps in Bidding and makes sure newspapers are bought every Tue & Thur for that reason. ⢠Helps in Filling returns and NSSF ⢠Helps in Quoting ⢠General Cleanliness of the entire office on a daily ⢠Prepare/ Register Students who have finished training for the Ministry of Education Exams for Certification. ⢠Checking and renewal of all monthly, annually, etc subscription like vehicle third parties, licences, Driving or Riding permits of the employees checks, Trading License, company registrations and returns, URA & URSB documentations etc. Qualifications and Skills: ⢠Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. ⢠At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles. ⢠Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative software. Work Hours: 8
