- Support retention activities by sending out timely client reminders and tracking follow-ups.
- Help prepare and distribute monthly marketing performance reports.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and marketing documentation.
- Support in processing Agentsâ commissions, float requisitions, and expense accountabilities under guidance.
- Attend Marketing meetings, take and circulate minutes.
- Cover the reception desk in the absence of the client relationship officer-receive and direct clients and phone inquiries.
- Follow up on Agentsâ commission files and loan recoveries.
- Provide general support in scheduling meetings, distributing memos, and coordinating internal communications.
- Innovate and suggest administrative or operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support the customer service desk by attending to client inquiries, providing timely assistance, and ensuring professional service delivery
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications and Experience: - A recent Graduate (Class of 2023 or 2024) with a Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certificate of proficiency in Insurance is an added advantage.
Job skills and abilities: - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and high levels of integrity.
- Professional demeanor with a customer service orientation.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
