JOB DETAILS:

We are searching for a sharp and organized Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced team!
In this role, you will be supporting a dynamic team in a professional and positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional administrative support to assigned staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
• Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and meetings, including travel arrangements and logistics.
• Compose and proofread professional correspondence, emails, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain and organize filing systems (both physical and digital) ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing inquiries appropriately.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering and maintaining inventory.
• Coordinate and assist with events and conferences.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in a corporate or reputable office setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities.
• Smart, well-presented, and professional appearance.
• A positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
