- Physically dispatch official letters and correspondence to various MLHUD departments and external partner entities.
- Maintain an organized delivery logbook to track the receipt, signature, and distribution of all dispatched mail.
- Assist in tracking the receipt, storage, and internal distribution of general office supplies and program assets.
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date physical or digital ledger of office stationery, monitoring consumption patterns.
- Issue timely alerts to the procurement or administrative team when inventory reaches pre-defined reorder thresholds to prevent stockouts.
- Direct incoming visitors to the appropriate staff members and handle general office inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist the Administrative Secretary in running critical errands vital to maintaining continuous office flow and operational efficiency.
- Support the logistical setup of boardrooms and meeting spaces, ensuring multimedia equipment, seating, and required materials are prepared prior to meetings.
- Efficiently clear, organize, and restore meeting rooms to standard order immediately following the conclusion of events.
