Job Summary:  The Administration Manager will oversee administrative processes and support the administration clerk in a remote healthcare setting, aiming to improve workers’ health status through comprehensive primary healthcare services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with clinic planning and process improvement
- Monitor statistics, reports, and compliance with health regulations
- Train and supervise administrative staff
- Liaise with external agencies and maintain records
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
- Five years of administration experience in a similar environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic health record management systems
- Ability to plan and track multiple projects and deadlines
- Proof of COVID vaccination, satisfactory criminal record check, and medical fitness certificate for remote site work.
