Soroti District Local Government issued an advert in the New Vision newspaper of 13th July 2026. All the information remains the same in the original advert except the schedule which has been revised as per the table below:

Bidding to be conducted as per Open domestic bidding procedures contained in the PPDA Act, 2003 (as amended) and LG PPDA Regulations 2006.

Terms and conditions are contained in the bid documents which are available for Inspection in the Procurement and Disposal Unit.

The Bid documents are obtainable from the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the District Headquarters upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ugx: 100,000/= through IRA's system.

Complete and sealed bids shall be delivered to: The Head Procurement and Disposal Unit P.O. Box 196 Mityana on or before 11:00hr on the 06-08-2026. Shortly after which time they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
