Accounts Assistant Role Summary The Accounts Assistant will support the finance department by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, assisting with reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with company financial procedures. Key Responsibilities - Record daily financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Maintain accounting records and financial documentation.
- Support payroll preparation and statutory compliance.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and supplier invoices.
- Support internal and external audits by organizing financial records.
- Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
