Job Description:
NOBLE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS LTD is looking for a motivated, careful and responsible Accounting Assistant to join our financial team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will assist in managing the company's daily financial operations and ensure that all financial records are accurate, compliant and up-to-date. You will work closely with our accounting team to support the preparation and analysis of financial reports and provide important data support for the company's business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other statutory financial reports.
• Coordinate accounting transactions with suppliers and customers and resolve related financial issues.
• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting and provide data analysis support.
• Assist in internal and external audit work and provide necessary documents and information.
• Maintain and update data in the financial management system to ensure smooth operation of the system.

Job requirements:
• Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant accounting work experience.
• Good Excel skills and ability to operate other Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent number processing ability and meticulous work attitude.
• Understanding Uganda's financial regulations and tax policies is preferred.
