The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our financial health and ensuring transparency and compliance in all our financial operations. This role is crucial for our mission, as it supports the effective allocation and management of resources to maximize our impact. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- CPA Level I or higher is an added advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in NGO accounting or financial management.
- Proven knowledge of NGO donor reporting, budget tracking, and grant accounting.
