JOB DETAILS: Duties and Responsibilities • Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts • receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with • accounting principles and company policies. Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for review by management. Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and other financial data. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with • financial regulations. Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax filings. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision making. Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and implement changes as • necessary. Assist in special projects and ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned. Qualifications: • BS and above degree in Finance and Accounting. Proven knowledge of financial analysis, strategy, and management. • +3 years of comprehensive experience in reputable finance roles in the construction, real estate and engineering field will be a priority. • Be able to handle all kinds of auditing tasks in connection with the company independently. • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation. • Attention to detail, strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. • Be able to work under a high-pressure, fast-paced, and multi-cultural environment. • Proficient use of finance software is a major requirement. • Full or partial professional qualifications such as CFA/CPA/ACCA or similar will be considered a plus Please note: The position attracts competitive remuneration and benefits.
