Role Overview
As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records. This full-time position requires you to work on-site in Kyanja, reporting directly to the Director. You will be part of a small team, where your contributions will significantly impact our operations. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and has a strong sense of integrity.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial information.
2. Prepare and process payroll information accurately and efficiently.
3. Compile budget data and documents based on estimated revenues and expenses.
4. Prepare bank deposits by verifying and balancing receipts from cashiers.
5. Receive, record, and bank cash, checks, and vouchers.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields.
- Experience: 2-3 years in a similar accounting role.
- Skills: Critical Thinking, Writing, Time Management.
- Knowledge Areas: Customer and Personal Service, Administrative, Economics and Accounting,
Computers and Electronics.
- Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and Luganda.

Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Skills: Mathematics.
