- Must be a holder of a Bachelorâs Degree in Business Administration with bias in Accounting or Finance, or any other related Accounting and Finance Degree obtained from a recognized institution of higher learning.
- Should have at least three (3) yearsâ related work experience in a recognized institution.
- Must be a good team player.
- Knowledge of computer accounting packages like Pastel, SAP is a MUST.
- Must have a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Must be a mature and practicing Christian.
Main duties and responsibilities - External and internal audit management.
- Budget preparation, monitoring and control.
- Preparation of financial reports and analysis for decision making.
- Responsible for preparing, posting, entering and posting payment vouchers as well as adjustment vouchers.
- Reconciling control accounts and reporting any anomalies to the Senior Accountant.
- Responsible for the management of the Campus payroll.
- Providing training and supervision of all accountâs personnel.
- Ensuring safe custody of documents relating to the office.
- Carrying out routine bank reconciliations.
- Responsible for reconciling cash and petty cash floats.
- Any other official duty as shall be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
