1. The Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs, invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed pre-qualification bid documents for:

2. Prequalification will be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Cap. 205.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the prequalification document at the address given below at paragraph 5 from 9:00am – 4:00pm, working days.

4. A complete set of prequalification documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address given below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx. 100,000 (one hundred thousand shillings only). Bidders are advised to collect bank payment forms (BPAFs) Ministry of Defence & Veteran Affairs Accounts Section and make payments to URA office at Diamond Trust Bank, Kampala Rd. Bidders will only be issued with prequalification documents upon presentation of original receipts of payment.

5. The prequalification document shall be inspected and issued at the Procurement and Disposal Unit-Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs, P.O. Box. 3798, Tel: 0414565351.

6. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 02:00pm, 13th October, 2025 for the prequalification of providers for Supplies, Services and Works Financial Years 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029.
