Firms / Persons interested in the purchase of the above-mentioned items may inspect them on any working day from 2nd July, 2026 to 14th July, 2026 between 10:00am to 04:00PM at Uganda Clays Limited premises (Kajjansi Head Office & Kamonkoli Factory).
All the items will be available for inspection up to 14th July, 2026. -
The sealed bids should be delivered to the Bid box at UCL reception addressed to Procurement at the address below upon payment of non-refundable fee of Uxg 100,000 per Lot for Lot 1 to 5 and Uxg 50,000 per Lot for Lot 6 to 8 Procurement Uganda Clays Limited P.O BOX 3188 Kampala, Uganda Tel: 0312-305403 Email: uclays ugandaclays.co.ug -
The successful bidder will be required to deposit the total bid amount by EFT in favour of Uganda Clays Limited within 7 days from the date of acceptance of the offer. -
Successful bidder (s) will be released only after realization of sale proceed amount on presentation of a deposit receipt. -
If the highest quoting bidder fails to honour the bid; the offer will be cancelled and in such an event, an opportunity shall be given to the next highest bidder. The Company is not bound to accept the highest bid or any bid. -
