Abridged Bid Notice Under Open Domestic Bidding tender at Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited (UETCL)

1. Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited (UETCL) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for: Provision of Non-Consulting Services to undertake Tiling for High Voltage Transmission Lines, Substations and other facilities in Central, Eastern, Northern and Western Regions of Uganda under framework contract for three (03) years, with Procurement Reference Number UETCL/NCONS /2025-2026/00577/1/2/3/4, requiring a Proposal Securing Declaration, with a Proposal Submission Date of April 01, 2026.

2. The Bidding document (s) shall be inspected and issued at; Procurement & Disposal Department, Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Ltd, 2nd Floor Annex Building, Plot 12, Hannington Road, P.O. Box 7625 Kampala-UGANDA. Tel: +256-+256-414 233433/4

3. A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application on their Company Letter Head to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings: One hundred thousand only). The method of payment will be Electronic Funds Transfer to UETCL Bank Accounts shown below; Standard Chartered Bank, Speke Road Branch, Account Number 0105610780000 in UGX Currency. Receipt of Payment will be carried out at the UETCL Finance Department on First Floor Plot 10– Hannington Road– Opposite Serena Hotel Staff Gate. Personal Cheques are not acceptable.

4. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 11:00am on April 01, 2026.

6. The procurements by Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Ltd are regulated by the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority.
