Abridged Bid Notice Under Open Domestic Bidding tender at Nabisunsa Girls’ Secondary School

- Nabisunsa Girls’ Secondary School is the process of prequalifying firms/individuals who will be invited to bid for provision of goods, works and services during the financial years 2027-2029 Ref: NG/S/PREQ/2027-2029.
- The school now invites suitably qualified firms/companies and individuals to submit prequalification application for prequalification as indicated in the detailed bid notice.
- The school intends to place framework contracts for provision of identified supplies for the financial years 2027 to 2028 as indicated below:

n. Sports equipment ref: NG/S/SUPLS/2027-2028/00014 - The school has also allocated funds to be used for the Construction of Dormitory Block and Multipurpose Hall ref: NG/S/WRKS/2026/00001 and invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for provision of works. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (the Act) Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is reserved for local providers as per PPDA Guideline 12/2024.
- Bids for framework and construction of dormitory and multipurpose hall must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration.
- The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 200,000 for framework contract and construction of dormitory block and multipurpose hall. Prequalification documents can be accessed after payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000.
- All payments shall be made to the bank account no.9030005843374 Stanbic Bank in the names of Nabisunsa Girls’ School.
- Bidders should note the following:
a. Documents may be inspected at: 1st Floor, Procurement and Disposal Unit, Nabisunsa Girls’ School.
b. Documents will be issued from: 1st Floor, Procurement and Disposal Unit, Nabisunsa Girls’ School
c. Bids must be delivered to: 1st Floor, Procurement and Disposal Unit, Nabisunsa Girls’ School.
