Abridged Bid Notice Under Open Domestic Bidding tender at Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development

THE RESOURCE ENHANCEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAMME (REAP)

1. The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development through the Resource Enhancement and Accountability Programme (REAP) invites sealed proposals from eligible consultancy firms to undertake the assignment of operationalising Uganda's National Climate Finance Vehicle (NCFV).

2. The overall objective of the assignment is to provide Technical support to the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development to operationalize the NCFV as Uganda's Central mechanism for mobilizing, managing and deploying Climate Finance.

3. The Request for Proposals document shall be inspected and issued at:

   • The Resource Enhancement and Accountability Programme (REAP) Crested Towers Building, 9 Floor, Tall Tower, Office 9.12

4. The deadline for proposal submission shall be at 1100hrs (Kampala Time) on 30th July 2026.
