Equal Opportunities Commission has received funds from the Government of Uganda and intends to apply part of these proceeds of these funds towards the cost of pre-qualification of service providers for works, services and supplies for the Financial Years 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029.

THE EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES COMMISSION now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for pre-qualification of works, services and supplies for the Financial Years 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029, as indicated below:

• Supply of Tyres

• Supply of books and periodicals

• Supply of motor vehicles, motor cycles, generators and spare parts

• Supply of office furniture

• Supply and installation of computer software

• Supply of Electrical/Electronic equipment and accessories

• Supply of firefighting equipment & spares

• Supply of air conditioners & accessories

• Supply of Computers, Printers, Photocopiers and Toners

SERVICES:

• Repair, servicing and maintenance of vehicles, motor cycles, generators

• Printing, photocopying, binding and graphic designing services

• Hotel, conference and workshop facilities

• Maintenance and repair of office equipment (computers, photocopiers, printers, intercoms etc)

• Engraving services

• Postage and courier services

• Advertising and media

• Consultancy services in Strategic Planning

• Consultancy Services for Gender and Equity Policy analysis

• Consultancy Services for Legal Services

• Consultancy Services for Production of Documentary Services, info-graphics and Visualization of data

• Consultancy Services to develop E-Systems

• Consultancy Services for developing Gender and Equity reports

• Air ticketing

• Provision of fumigation services

• Events management & public relations Policy analysis

• Consultancy Services for Legal Services

2. Short listing submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2014 of the Government of Uganda. Shortlisting is open to all eligible bidders.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Equal Opportunities Commission and inspect the short-listing documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00am to 5:00pm, working days.

4. The short-listing documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below at 8 (b) and upon payment of non-refundable fees of Ug. Shs. 50,000/- to a non-tax revenue account Name Equal Opportunities Commission (Fifty thousand shillings) Account number 003280168000000 Bank of Uganda. The method of payment will be Your Commercial Bank to Equal Opportunities Commission account and you will obtain a receipt which you will then present to the PDU for release of the bidding documents.

5. Sealed Bids must be delivered to the address below in No. 8 (c), at or before 12:00pm on 21st July 2026 late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened the same day at 3:00pm. At the address below in No. 8 (d), in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
