Abridged Bid Notice Under Open Bidding Tender tender at Ministry of Works and Transport (MoWT)

1. The Ministry of Works and Transport invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

• Lot 1: Kyalivajala - Nalya Road (1.74km) Hajji Kawesi Road (1.1km), Ndiwulira - Kakajo Road (2.49km) from Gravel to Paved Road Standard.
• Lot 2: Azam - Makanga - Gwatito Road (3.62km) from Gravel to Paved Road Standard.
• Lot 3: Dr. Rujumba Road (0.7km), Hoima City Road (5.6km) and Masindi Road Diversion (1.5km) from Gravel to Paved Road Standard (7.8km).
• Lot 4: Mpano Bypass and Link to Stadium Road (12km) in Hoima City from Gravel to Paved Road Standard.
• Lot 5: Kinogozzi - Buhimba Road (11.7km), in Hoima City from Gravel to Paved Road Standard.
• Lot 6: Upgrading of JOKAS-UIA Road (3.2 km) from Gravel to Paved Road Standard.
• Lot 7: Construction of Pedestrian Facilities along the Hoima - Masindi Road (12km).
• Lot 8: Construction of Pedestrian Facilities in GKMA along Jinja Road, Nambole Road and Northern Bypass (8.8km).
• Lot 9: Junction Improvements along Sir Apollo Kagga Road. | Bid Securing Declaration for Lot 1,2,4,5,6,7,8,9 and A bid Security of UGX 250,000,000 for Lot 3 | 17th August 2026 |
