ABRIDGED BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING -
Uganda Wildlife Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Establishment and Management of a Call Centre on Behalf of Authority. -
Bidding shall be undertaken using Open Domestic Bidding procedures of PPDA Act Caps 205 for the provision of Call center services as detailed in the table below: | No. | Subject Matter of Procurement | Reference No. | Bid Security (UGX) |

The bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at Uganda Wildlife Authority procurement and Disposal Unit, UWA Headquarters on Plot 7-Kira Road upon Payment of a non-refundable fee UGX 100,000/=. Method of payment will be via Momo pay or (Bank Name – Stanbic Bank, Account Number – 9030006237338). -
The deadline for bid Submission shall be on 16th June 2026 at 11:00am at UWA Head Quarters-PDU office. -
The pre-bid meeting shall be on 28th May 2026 at 11:00am at UWA Headquarters. -
