Abridged Bid Notice Under Open Bidding tender at National Animal Genetic Resources Center And Data Bank (NAGRC&DB)

ADDENDUM NO. 2

1. Reference is made to the advert that appeared in the New Vision newspaper of 12th February 2026 and addendum no.1 published on 9th March 2026.

2. All interested bidders are hereby informed that NAGRC&DB has further extended the bid submission date to 27th March 2026.

3. Interested bidders may obtain the revised bid document from the NAGRC&DB Procurement and Disposal Unit office on 17th March 2026.

4. The revised bid submission date is 27th March 2026.

5. All potential suppliers must deliver their sealed and marked bids before 11:00am on 27th March 2026.

6. All submitted bids will be opened at 11:30am on the date in (2) above in the presence of bidders' representatives that choose to attend the bid opening.
