The bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000. The Bidding document shall be issued to interested bidders by email upon submission of proof of payment to procurement bou.org. OR Bidders may download the tender document from the Bank of Uganda website www.bou.org and submit their bid with proof of payment. The method of payment shall be by EFT using the details provided below: -

Bids must be delivered to the address below before June 04, 2026 at 03:00pm EAT. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of UGX. 10,000,000. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. -
