The Bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at procurement and disposal unit upon payment of a non-refundable fee under the respective categories; Category A & B UGX 200,000/= for each item, Category C UGX 100,000/= for each of the listed items, to Busitema University through URA Busitema University website under pay.busitema.ac.ug -
Bids for category A & B shall be accompanied with a Bid Security in form of a Bid securing declaration form. -

Bid submission deadline shall be 12th February 2026 at 12.00pm and Bid opening at 12:10pm Details can be obtained in the bidding documents
