1.The Government of Republic of Uganda represented by Ministry of Water and Environment (Implementing Entity) has allocated funds from
Aquarium Fund for Implementing the CAJPE/EW Project through Water Aid Uganda (Executing Entity) through Kyoga Water Management
Zone, to be used towards the cost of acquiring Supplies and Services in Various Districts of Eastern Uganda.
2.Sealed bids are now invited from eligible Service Providers for the provision of Supplies and Services as indicated below.

3.Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Binding a procedure contained in the Government of Ugandas Public
Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bodies from Uganda. Exclusive reservation by Intershot to local
providers shall apply.
4.Intesteded eligible bidders may obtain further information from the address given below at 7th Form 6:00am to 5:00pm.
5.A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested holders on the submission of a written application to
the address below at 7th and upon payment of a non-intendance fee of VICN 500,000/-Uganda Settings One Hundred Thousand per
procurement. The method of payment will be by bank advice from which may be obtained a PRM from the UKRA LEBESTED OFFICES.
Payment can be made by bank and the payment shall be presented to the Procurement and Disposal Unit before obtaining a copy of the
bidding document. No cash will be accepted. Intested-bidders may obtain further information from the same address. (7a).
6.Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7th and to before 30th October, 2025, 10:00am. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be
