- Bachelorâs degree (or finalist/awaiting graduation) in relevant subject areas: Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Geography/Economics, and Literature.
- Must have scored a Distinction in the subjects applied to teach at âOâ Level and/or an âAâ or âBâ grade in UACE examinations. (Must have strong academic performance in the subjects applied for, equivalent to a Distinction at lower-secondary and an AâB grade at upper-secondary level in their national education system.)
- Strong mastery of the subject, demonstrated through academic performance, teaching practice, or related experience.
- At least one (1) year of practical and relevant experience in a similar position (teaching practice, internship, tutoring, laboratory assistance, or classroom support).
- Training or familiarity with Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) is an added advantage.
- Good communication, classroom support, and organizational skills.
