Job Summary: Â Â We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Crypto Sales workforce to join our team in Kampala. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling cryptocurrency products and services to individual and institutional clients. This role involves educating potential customers about blockchain technology, crypto investments, and trading platforms while driving sales growth. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Identify and prospect potential clients (individuals, businesses, and investors) interested in cryptocurrency.
- Educate customers on blockchain technology, digital assets, trading, and investment opportunities.
- Promote and sell crypto-related products such as exchange services, wallets, NFTs, and DeFi solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and one-on-one meetings to drive adoption.
- Assist clients with onboarding, KYC processes, and account setup.
- Provide excellent customer service and post-sale support.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in individual, community and corporate segments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of individua, community l and corporate accounts.
- Track sales performance and optimize territory operations.
- Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Essential: - Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in fintech, forex, or crypto.
- Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.), and trading platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to explain complex crypto concepts in simple terms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with P2P trading, crypto exchanges (Binance, Paxful, etc.), and wallets.
Preferred (but not required): - Previous experience in financial services, forex trading, or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Uganda’s crypto regulations and financial laws.
- Active presence in crypto communities, social media, or Telegram groups.
- Basic technical skills (understanding of wallets, private keys, DeFi).
- Knowledge of sales management tools is preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of English and Luganda. (Additional Ugandan languages preferred)
- Culturally responsive and respectful.
- Self-motivated and strong desire to take on new challenges as they occur.
- Able to open up a Crypto Investment
- Account with the company and deposit 80,000 – 500,000/= for a life time.
Physical Requirements: - Able and willing to travel regularly. Needs to be highly flexible and adaptable to travel within short notice.
- Travel is required within the Greater Kampala Metropolitan Area, surrounding districts, and sometimes in other regions in Uganda.
- Able to move and transport across Kampala, by public transport such as motorcycle taxis.
