Considering the materiality of the subgroup’s contribution to the group’s credit fundamentals, the analytical method followed for the purpose of determining ICEA LION Life’s rating is a group approach, with the insurer’s credit strength equalised to that of ICEA LION Holdings group.
Job Summary: Â Â ICEA LION Life Assurance is seeking a dynamic Unit Manager to lead a cohort of our sales team. If you have a proven track record in driving sales and a passion for financial solutions, join us to make an impact in the insurance industry.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Â Â The Unit Manager will be expected to;
- Acquaint themselves with our product offerings/services, core values, how to onboard new clients and build a team of elite sales agents.
- Attend all company-organized trainings
- Lead their team efficiently and effectively through holding weekly sales meetings and regular motivational talks.
- Increase market penetration in the region and the country at large.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Field
- At least 3 Years experience in sales
- Certificate of Proficiency is an added advantage
Key Competencies
- Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the insurance sector.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product development and sales.
- Expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Skilled in identifying customer needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in delivering presentations and conducting meetings with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex situations.
- Capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
