Key Responsibilities:
• Handle labor-related issues, including workplace disputes and rights violations.
• Conduct workplace inspections and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Sensitize employers and employees about labor rights and obligations.
• Assist in the resolution of employment disputes and grievances.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Labor Studies, or related field.
• Knowledge of Uganda’s labor laws and regulations is required.
