Key duties/responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to achieve set monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market activations to generate prospects and meet sales targets.
- Recruit, lead, and retain Sales Agents to meet set targets.
- Develop and implement Sales Agent retention strategies.
- Provide regular training, guidance, and support to Sales Agents.
- Supervise and coach Sales Agents to consistently hit monthly sales and quality targets.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction in line with the companyâs service charter.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience: - Bachelorâs degree in sales, marketing or a business-related field from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- At least two years relevant work experience, one of which must be in a leadership position.
- Knowledge of office administration
Other attributes - Integrity and ability to both work in and lead a dynamic team
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of company credit/lending policy
- Good computer and database skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Above average people skills/soft skills (includes listening skills, stress management)
