Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between the community and Soroti City Council.
• Mobilize and educate residents on government policies and programs.
• Assist in implementing community development initiatives.
• Collect and manage community data to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with city regulations at the community level.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Diploma in Public Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in community engagement or local government.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
