Ltd Employment Terms: Full Time Start Date: 25th April 2026 Job Summary: We're looking for a driven sales pro to join our roadside rescue team. You'll promote our services to automotive businesses, fleet owners, and individuals, driving membership sales and growth. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients and pitch our roadside rescue services
- Sell membership plans and add-ons to customers
- Handle inquiries, negotiate deals, and close sales
- Meet sales targets and contribute to team success
- Collaborate with Operations team to ensure excellent service delivery
- Proactively source and grow corporate, fleet, travel trade, and insurance business
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and membership targets
- Conduct sales calls, client presentations, and service demos
- Coordinate successful client events and group activation
- Negotiate contracts in line with company pricing and revenue strategy
- Prepare sales reports and contribute to market intelligence initiatives
- Participate in key industry and stakeholder activities as required
- Utilize partnerships to grow services and referrals across Uganda and East Africa
Requirements - Sales experience (automotive or insurance a plus)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Basic knowledge of vehicles and roadside services helpful
- Flexible with the ability to travel
