JOB DETAILS:

• Purpose:
To oversee and manage procurement processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and value for money in acquiring goods and services for the organization.

• Responsibilities:
o Develop, manage, and oversee procurement processes in line with the organization's policies and procedures.
o Identify reliable suppliers and vendors and negotiate favorable terms.
o Maintain and update procurement records, including documentation of all transactions.
o Conduct regular market surveys to ensure competitive pricing and quality of goods and services.
o Prepare procurement reports and provide analysis for decision-making.
o Ensure compliance with procurement laws, policies, and guidelines.

• Qualifications and Experience:
o BA/BS in Management, Procurement, Accountancy, Finance, or another relevant field.
o Knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies, and systems.
o At least one (1) year of working experience as a purchasing officer.
