JOB DETAILS:
• Key Responsibilities:
o Support the implementation of specific project activities as outlined in the work plan.
o Facilitate community engagement and outreach programs.
o Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities to assess project impact.
o Prepare regular activity reports and share feedback from stakeholders.
o Ensure smooth collaboration with local partners and beneficiaries.
• Qualifications:
o Degree in Development Studies, Social Work, or related discipline.
o 3 years of experience working in community-based projects or NGOs.
o Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
o Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation tools is an added advantage.
