JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and management for the assigned primary school.
• Develop and implement school policies and strategies.
• Supervise teaching staff and monitor the quality of teaching and learning.
• Manage the school budget and resources efficiently.
• Promote a safe and conducive environment for students' learning and development.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or its equivalent.
• At least 5 years of teaching experience, with 2 years in a leadership position.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
